Your role

You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll ensure their smooth journey, all the way from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the journey, you’ll organise test drives for our Technicians, liaise with our parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is in order. It’s about giving customers peace of mind.

Your profile

We’re looking for previous experience as a Service Advisor or Technician within the automotive industry, along with relevant certification. Switched on and passionate, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, products and services.

We’ll expect you to have the relevant technical training as well as a valid driving license. And if you have the tenacity and commitment to realize your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.

Your responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
  • Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
  • Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
  • Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
  • Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
  • Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule.
  • Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
  • Liaising with technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Automotive and engine repair experience in a premium dealership 
  • Holds a UAE valid driver license
  • Graduated from an associate degree program/ITI in auto maintenance and repair.
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
  • Proficiency with industry-specific software (Autoline, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate with technicians, customers, and management.
