Basic Function & Scope:

Looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in Joinery/Interior/Construction companies.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Discover new prospects /clients and concentrate on the new medium and large interior Fit-outs and Furniture’s and IT related projects.
  • Managing the Client for the full life cycle of the Project, which Includes Organizing and Leading the Interior Show Around, taking client briefs for their respective Interior Requirements, documenting all the Needs and delivering to Design Studio, Organizing Layout and 3D Design Presentations
  • Contacting all universities and schools to Register Company in their vendor list and also hospitals and medical institutions.
  • Create awareness and implement effective sales approach strategies.
  • Create a database for all the contacts and update it every month.
  • Formulating and implementing short & long term business strategies and plans.
  • Business development, Management of Distribution channel, Institutional/corporate clients, Inventory management, handling advertising & sales promotion.
  • Conducting consumer/ market research and identifying business friendly propositions. Market surveys to determine competitor products & pricing.
  • Expertise in handling project & closing deals.
  • Liaison with Government bodies & Corporations for smooth functioning of the organization.
  • Strategic, prudent and smart Vendor selection, management & Procurement's.
  • Expertise in Relationship building, Customer satisfaction, managing product support services.
  • To promote the company and services through all social media channels 



  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Young, dynamic, and energetic
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English 
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration
  • Must have valid UAE Driving license
