Corporate Tax Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Analyst to support tax compliance, reporting, and advisory functions in alignment with UAE corporate tax regulations

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm, and a strong background in corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and tax advisory services.

Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting:
Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns in accordance with UAE tax laws.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax calculations and provisions.
Ensure compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements, including documentation and submissions.
Maintain and update tax records, reconciliations, and reports.
Transfer Pricing & International Tax:
Support the review of intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analysis.
Monitor and assess tax implications of cross-border transactions.
Tax Advisory & Risk Management:
Research corporate tax laws, regulations, and legislative changes to assess their impact on the organization.
Provide insights on tax-efficient structures, incentives, and exemptions.
Assist in responding to FTA audits, queries, and tax assessments.
Support internal teams in implementing best tax practices to mitigate risks.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Work closely with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure tax compliance across business units.
Assist in the automation and improvement of tax reporting processes.
Provide tax training and awareness sessions for internal stakeholders.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
CA / CPA qualification preferred.
3-4 years of corporate tax experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
Strong understanding of UAE corporate tax laws, OECD guidelines, and IFRS tax provisions.
Proficiency in tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing documentation.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and tax software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
