In this role you will have the opportunity:

To advance your career and be trained by the top facilities management professionals within the industry, work in commercial properties.

Your responsibilities:

Receive, register, and distribute incoming documents (letters, contracts, invoices, etc.)

Prepare and send outgoing documents (memos, letters, etc.)

Maintain a digital database of all documents for easy access and tracking

Organize and store physical and electronic documents according to company procedures

Ensure efficient document retrieval for staff requests

Track the progress of specific project documents (Payment Certificates, Approval Requests, etc.)

Support technical projects by organizing and storing project-related documents (drawings, reports, etc.)


Job requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 Years’ experience in similar role. Construction Industry.
  • Very good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized to management multiple data projects.
  • Well versed in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge in AutoCAD software is an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge in operating standard operating equipment
  • Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
  • Ability to organize workload and to manage a filing methods and management techniques.
