In this role you will have the opportunity:

To advance your career and be trained by the top engineers in the industry, work in multiple sites and various type of establishments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have good experiences and expert knowledge of storage, server, switch, and VMS configurations
• CCTV, ACS, PA & etc Troubleshooting as per requirements.
• Supervise a team of technicians and provide necessary support when required.
• 24/7 support availability.
• LAN, WAN, WIFI, Router & access point configuration.
• Analyse and clarify customer technical inquiries.
• Maintain credentials of all sites.
• Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must.
• Manage and maintain all computer hardware and software, including disaster recovery.
• Assist in researching, designing, and implementing new programs.
• Identify and solve problems in existing hardware and software solutions.
• Develop, modify, and maintain database.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 or more years’ ELV Engineer experience in Low Current Security Systems
• 5+ years proven work experience in IT.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems such as security, surveillance, and home automation.
• Knowledge of relevant IT standards and practices.
• Knowledge of information technology strategy development, including network, application, and infrastructure planning.
• Knowledge of hardware and software infrastructure systems.

Working conditions/Physical Requirements:
Work will generally take place during day shift hours; special circumstances may require weekend or shift work. Work may include travel within the United Arab Emirates. Work can take place both indoors and outdoors. The job may include extended periods of standing, lifting of heavy objects, or repetitive tasks and the use of lifts, ladders, or scaffolding. Work may include use of hand and power tools.
