    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

    • Degree/MBA in Finance/Accounting or related (essential).
    • 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager in UAE
    • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IRFS
    • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent report-writing and communication skills in Arabic
    • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and other financial planning software (Focus).

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
    • Preparing financial analyses and reports.
    • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
    • Preparing and monitoring budgets.
    • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
    • Assisting with annual audit preparations.
    • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
    • Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
    • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
    • Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
