Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage warehouse operations in our automotive industry setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving, coordinating stock, documenting transactions, and maintaining inventory records. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Windows-based programs are essential, along with the ability to effectively coordinate tasks with warehouse assistants and pickers. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with additional qualifications such as a Commercial degree or relevant diploma accepted.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and stock coordination.
  • Document warehouse transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee inventory management and optimize storage space.
  • Coordinate tasks with warehouse store assistants and allocate duties to pickers for packing and unpacking.

Job requirements

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in common Windows-based programs, including MS Office and Oracle, among others.
  • Technological proficiency relevant to storekeeping operations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Commercial degree or relevant diploma accepted.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or automotive industry preferred but not required.
