Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.

Your responsibilities:
  • You will help assist the on boarding and orientation of new employees within the organization.
  • Support the daily operations of HR.
  • Use HR databases to review and input new hires’ information.
  • Track employee progress within the onboarding program (e.g. objectives completed in the first month).
  • Schedule meetings between new hires and supervisors, project managers to provide formal introductions.
  • Conduct orientation trainings to inform new hires about company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employees’ queries about HR regulations and benefits.
  • Assist with payroll processes.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • A proven track recording of executing HR-related tasks.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR policies &  processes.
  • Great command of MS Office, HRIS, or HRMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.
