Work closely with business units, stakeholders, and the IT department to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, and other business applications. This role involves understanding business processes, gathering requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring that the systems meet both operational and strategic needs.

Job requirements

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities;

  • Business Process Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems. Identify opportunities for process improvement and systems optimization. Provide recommendations for the most effective use of ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with department heads, users, and IT teams to gather detailed business and system requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development or configuration teams. Ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are understood and reflected in system enhancements.
  • System Implementation & Support: Support the selection, configuration, testing, and implementation of ERP, CRM, and other business applications. Develop and document system specifications, configurations, workflows, and processes. Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units during system deployment and upgrades.
  • System Optimization & Maintenance: Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and usage. Identify areas where system modifications or enhancements can improve business performance and user experience. Support day-to-day troubleshooting and provide user support for ERP and CRM systems.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using the organization's business systems. Assist in building business intelligence tools and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Training and Documentation: Create user manuals, training materials, and process documentation. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on system functionality and new processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and application support teams to design system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between applications. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all system implementations and changes are compliant with internal policies and industry regulations. Participate in quality assurance processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and business applications. Experience in system integration, configuration, and testing. Proficient with reporting and data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business units, and external vendors.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience in managing or participating in system implementation projects.
  • Documentation and Training: Ability to create detailed system documentation, process workflows, and training materials. Experience in conducting training sessions and providing system support to end users.

Area of Knowledge:

  • Automotive, F&B, Retail and industrial.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Experience in data migration, data management, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft).
  • Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Client satisfaction and retention rate post-implementation.
  • Successful and timely implementation of ERP/CRM projects.
  • Reduction in operational inefficiencies through ERP/CRM solutions.
  • Percentage of resolved technical issues within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • User adoption rate and satisfaction with the ERP/CRM system.
  • Improvement in business processes and data accuracy post-implementation.
  • Budget adherence for project implementations.
  • Quality and timeliness of system customizations and configurations.
