In this role you will have the opportunity:

To be part of a truly diverse department who is leading the change in an established family business. You will have the opportunity to interact with large group of companies whos’ industries include but are not limited to Construction, automotive, heavy equipment, real estate & joineries.
As IT Infrastructure administrator, you will be responsible about various network, security and systems components from all infrastructure layers to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient systems as well as network components. You will be responsible about various cloud environment (Azure, Oracle & AWS), Azure directory, Intune (MDM), users & endpoints onboarding. Design, Implementation & Infrastructure Management.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design, Install, manage and maintain all system & servers hardware and software, Azure cloud, Microsoft 365 & VMware environment.
• Design, Install, manage and maintain all network hardware and software, firewalls.
• Azure identity & MDM support and manage, employee & endpoints onboarding.
• Commvault backup & cloud backup management.
• Technical support and solutions related to implementation, configuration, and maintenance of all infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions.
• Contributes to the availability management process and its operation and performs defined availability management tasks. Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
• Ensures that services and components meet and continue to meet all of their agreed performance targets and service levels. Implements arrangements for recovery and capacity management.
• Manages and maintains the service compliance of all IT and service assets in line with business and regulatory requirements involving knowledge of financial and technical processes, tools and techniques thereby ensuring asset controllers, infrastructure teams and the business co-ordinate and maximize value, maintain control and ensure any necessary legal compliance.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of specific technical specialism, and provides expert advice regarding their application.
• Maintains the highest calibre of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights.
• Responds to emergency situations as needed for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns.
• Responsible for off hours emergency support related issues.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors or Higher relevant qualification in Information Technology.
• Latest Networking, Azure & cloud certifications.
• 6+ years’ experience in Information Technology industry
