Abu Dhabi Motors is the exclusive importer for BMW, MINI, BMW ALPINA, McLaren and the sole dealer for Rolls-Royce Motors Cars in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Founded in 1985 by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid in Umm Al-Nar in a small showroom and workshop employing 24 people, Abu Dhabi motors has become the most successful BMW Group Importer in the Middle East and now employs over 750 people in twelve facilities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, among which we boast the largest BMW and the Rolls-Royce Showrooms in the world.

Job Summary:

The McLaren Sales Consultant represents the McLaren brand by delivering an exceptional, personalized sales experience to high-net-worth customers. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and upholding the premium standards of the McLaren brand across new vehicle sales, customer engagement, and aftersales handover coordination

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES

Luxury Vehicle Sales & Customer Experience

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for McLaren vehicles, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

  • Deliver a bespoke, high-touch customer experience aligned with McLaren brand standards.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models, specifications, and customization options.

  • Conduct professional product presentations, test drives, and showroom experiences.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and repeat clients.

  • Maintain an active client database and manage follow-ups, referrals, and loyalty programs.

  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Represent the brand at exclusive events, launches, and client engagement activities.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives

  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.

  • Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to management

Brand Standards & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with McLaren global sales standards and dealership policies.

  • Maintain showroom presentation, product knowledge, and personal appearance at premium levels.

  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery

Job requirements

To be a successful McLaren Sales Consultant, you must excel in luxury automotive sales, deliver a premium buying experience, and build long-term relationships with high-end clients through product expertise, lifestyle selling, and exceptional service.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications, Certifications & Experience (Mandatory & Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • 4–6 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or premium retail environments

  • Experience selling supercars or ultra-luxury vehicles is a strong advantage

  • Strong understanding of premium customer expectations, brand positioning, and lifestyle sales

  • Luxury automotive sales techniques and consultative selling

  • CRM & lead management tools for tracking pipeline and follow-up

  • Product presentation, test drive coordination & negotiation
