We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Boy to become a valuable member of our team at

Royal Joinery is part of the United Al Saqer Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall organisation of our office space, contributing to a conducive and efficient working environment for all employees.

As an Office Boy, your day-to-day tasks will involve a variety of office-related duties, including but not limited to making photocopies, delivering important documents within the office premises, and providing support with basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office area is kept clean, neat, and well-organised at all times

  • Assist in the operation of office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, and scanners

  • Handle the distribution of documents and correspondence efficiently and in a timely manner

  • Support the team with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure availability for daily operations

  • Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and appointments as required

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in a similar role preferred

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication in English and interpersonal abilities

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures

  • Reliability and punctuality

  • Arabic knowledge would be adventurous
