In this role you will have the opportunity:

Your responsibilities:

  • To have power of attorney over matters relating to mail
  • To pass on incoming telephone calls to their boss or to the relevant departments and persons
  • To pass on internal and external telephone calls to their boss
  • To maintain a directory of the telephone numbers and addresses of people who are in continuous contact with the boss
  • To answer routine enquiries in writing or by telephone
  • To handle filing in the main office
  • To fix appointments for their boss with both staff and external visitors
  • To prepare minutes of the meeting 
  • To arrange meeting with external visitors
  • To deal with individual tasks relating to management tasks to be performed by their boss
  • To arrange business trips ( ticket and hotel booking)


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the same position 
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in arranging business trips ( ticket and hotel booking)
  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles
  • Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills, presentable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
