Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.

Your responsibilities:

• Analysis of Critical Path, Total Float, Variance Trend and recommendations for recovery and preparing catch up plans/ recovery schedule alternatives.
• Providing forensic planning advice and delay/disruption/ sensitivity analysis to enable management to make informed decisions.
• Preparing detailed Programs (level 4 & 5) for the look ahead schedules for specific Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams/ departments.
• Liaise with the TIA Delay Analysis Team in preparation of narrative & Time Impact Analysis.
• Drafting contractual delay notifications, preparing supporting detailed particulars and responses to the Client's/ Consultant's queries in relation to EoT claims in accordance with the Contract.
• Been responsible for identifying delaying events and maintaining the register for delay events.
• Supporting Commercial Manager in financial claim preparation.
• Preparing the regular cyclic and exception reports - using excel and dashboard reporting.
• Carrying out the sensitivity analysis to enable the management to make informed decisions.
  
• Reviewing & Analyzing Monthly Production Plan against target volume against capacity and resources
• Monitoring & Evaluating productivity
• Coordinating requirements of On Going projects with the Production Manager in line with the updated Project Program
• Preparing all Planning, Reporting, and Monitoring & Control and EoT claim with other related submissions to the Consultant and progress presentations for the Client.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong Experience in using Primavera (P6) software (essential)
• Good command of English
• Previous experience of working within a wood joinery
