Provenance Sales Consultant cum Purchaser - Rolls Royce

We are seeking a Provenance Sales Consultant cum Purchaser with strong experience in the pre-owned automotive market. The role will focus on sourcing and evaluating quality used vehicles, negotiating and purchasing stock, managing trade-ins and consignment vehicles, and supporting their successful sale. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, highly skilled in negotiation, and knowledgeable in vehicle valuation and market pricing, with a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate pre-owned vehicles based on condition, mileage, service history, market value, and resale potential.

• Source and purchase used vehicles from private sellers, auctions, dealers, brokers, and other market channels.

• Manage trade-in vehicles, including valuation, negotiation, and coordination for inspection and reconditioning.

• Negotiate competitive purchase and selling prices to achieve profitability and margin targets.

• Monitor used-car market trends, pricing, and customer demand to identify suitable vehicles for purchase.

• Manage consignment vehicles, including valuation, pricing, agreements, documentation, and settlement.

• Support vehicle sales through professional customer consultation, negotiation, and follow-up.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, dealers, brokers, suppliers, and customers.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in used car sales, vehicle purchasing, automotive trading, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of used vehicle valuation, trade-ins, purchasing, and consignment.

• Proven experience in price negotiation and automotive market sourcing.

• Strong understanding of vehicle condition, pricing, resale potential, and market trends.

• Good customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple transactions, and achieve business targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
