Summary:
The PRO & Site Coordinator is responsible for managing and submitting all government-related applications, renewals, and compliance requirements for the company. This role involves liaising with various authorities, ensuring timely document processing, and maintaining regulatory compliance for both office and site operations.
Responsibilities:
Renewal & Modification of Licenses: Renew and modify trade licenses, PO Box, office Ejari, labor camp Ejari, and establishment cards with relevant authorities (DED, DM, MOHRE, DHA, Immigration, etc.).
Government Applications & Follow-ups: Handle applications for visas, labor permits, and engineering accreditations at the Society of Engineers and DM system.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all government requirements, including labor and immigration laws, to avoid penalties.
Inspection Coordination: Attend DM inspections and liaise with inspectors to present necessary documents.
Employee Documentation: Maintain and update employee records on the immigration system (Smart Channel).
Administrative Support: Coordinate mail collection, government transactions, and site office documentation.

Job requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry PRO work.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Strong skills in external relations, business coordination, and document processing.
Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
