We also have an in-house team dedicated to producing high-standard technical bids and comprehensive and competitive commercial tenders.

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a new project in Dubai. The role involves managing post-contract activities including BOQ preparation, interim payments, variations, claims, and cost control. You will work closely with the Commercial, Project, and Site teams to ensure cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and timely reporting.

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQs, payment applications, variations, and claims; follow up with Engineer/Client for approvals.

  • Review and verify subcontractor payments and variations.

  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to enhance project efficiency.

  • Support contract management, disputes, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC, legal, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years’ post-contract QS experience in construction.

  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts (preferred).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cost management skills.

  • Proficient in QS software and MS Office (Excel, Project).
