Your role

From welcoming customers to agreeing on service and repair requirements, you’ll support the Service Advisor, Service Assistant in ensuring a smooth customer journey all the way to the workshop. You’ll help organise test drives for our Technicians, liaise with our parts team, and make sure all invoicing is in order. At the end of the day, it’s about giving customers peace of mind.

Your profile

Switched on and passionate, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, products and services. We’ll expect you to have the relevant technical training as well as a valid driving license. And if you have the tenacity and commitment to realize your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma, any other diploma is accepted
    • Ability to work as part of a team and covering all the aspect of receptionist area.
    • Ability to build strong relationships.


    Experience : 2-4 years’ experience.

    Working knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
