Room Boy

Position Summary:
As a Room Boy, you will report to the Deputy Front Office Manager, and work within established hotel policies and procedures. Your primary focus will be ensuring a hygienic, orderly, and welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the hotel.
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and removing trash.
• Stock housekeeping trolleys with necessary supplies and ensure storage areas are well-maintained.
• Report lost and found items to the Operations Supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to hotel safety and emergency procedures, promoting accident prevention and awareness.
• Provide regular feedback on guest satisfaction to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• English speaking proficiency is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and interact professionally with guests.
• Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and operations procedures is a plus.
