Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.

We are recruiting a Sales and Marketing Officer to be based in Dubai. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with proven joinery experience who is personable and capable to quickly establish their credibility.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create awareness and implement effective sales approach strategies.
  • Create a database for all the contacts and update it every month.
  • Formulating and implementing short & long term business strategies and plans.
  • Conducting consumer/ market research and identifying business friendly propositions. Market surveys to determine competitor products & pricing.
  • Promote the company and services through all social media channels
  • Market research and other applicable studies to assess market potential and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Effectively market the Company, products and services.

Job requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

5-10 years experience in engineering products, preferably in timber joinery products.

Minimum 5 years experience in sales position.

Joinery and wooden manufacturing knowledge

Construction industry procedures and requirements knowledge
Sound financial and commercial knowledge
UAE Driving license must.
