We are recruiting a SAP Consultant to join our exceptional ICT Department. The person is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and implementing SAP modules to enhance operational efficiency and process automation. The role involves collaborating with business users, functional departments, and IT teams to ensure smooth configuration, integration, and support of SAP systems in alignment with company objectives.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Property management (real estate) SAP functional specifications.

  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SAP best practices.

  • Develop, configure, and test Property management (real estate) with SAP modules according to business needs.

SAP Implementation & Configuration:

  • Participate in full lifecycle Property management (real estate) & SAP implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, testing, and go-live.

  • Configure SAP modules (such as FICO, MM, SD, HR, PP, or PM) based on assigned functional area.

  • Integrate Real cube Property management (real estate) & SAP modules with third-party applications as required.

Support & Maintenance:

  • Provide ongoing functional and technical support for Real cube Property management (real estate) & SAP users.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain system documentation, change logs, and user guides.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements for Real cube Property management (real estate).

  • Ensure solution accuracy, performance, and compliance with organizational standards for Real cube Property management (real estate).

  • Coordinate with QA teams to validate changes before deployment of Real cube Property management (real estate).

Training & User Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver end-user training and onboarding sessions for Real cube Property management (real estate)

  • Support users in adopting new functionalities or system enhancements for Real cube Property management (real estate)

  • Provide post-implementation assistance and process documentation for Real cube Property management (real estate)

Continuous Improvement & Upgrades:

  • Stay updated with Real cube Property management (real estate) & SAP updates, patches, and new module capabilities.

  • Recommend process improvements and automation solutions of Real cube Property management (real estate)

  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects of Real cube Property management (real estate)

Coordination & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations of Real cube Property management (real estate)

  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams and external consultants for technical support.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to management of Real cube Property management (real estate)

Job requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY & PREFERRED):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, or support.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HR, PP, PM, or BW).

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment preferred.

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business process understanding.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
