We are recruiting an Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to join our exceptional ICT Department. The role will involve the delivery of a wide range of technical solutions, working on multiple projects in parallel and being responsible for the delivery of technical tasks on those projects.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Solution Design & Implementation
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses).
Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion system configurations and solutions.
Customize, configure, and integrate Oracle Fusion applications in alignment with corporate needs.
Ensure solution scalability and compliance with international accounting standards and corporate policies.
Business Analysis & Process Optimization
Conduct detailed business process analysis and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities.
Align ERP functionalities with corporate finance, budgeting, and reporting strategies.
Identify automation opportunities and implement best practices in financial operations.
System Support & Enhancements
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Oracle Fusion Financials users across the organization.
Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Oracle support, and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee system upgrades, patching, and release management with minimal business disruption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Corporate leadership teams to deliver technology-driven solutions.
Provide functional and technical training to finance teams and end-users.
Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for finance transformation initiatives.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure financial system compliance with IFRS/GAAP, audit, and corporate governance requirements.
Support corporate reporting, business intelligence, and integration with other ERP modules.
Develop documentation, user manuals, and governance guidelines.
Job requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY & PREFFERED):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 6–8 years in Oracle Financials, with senior-level responsibilities
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or Oracle ERP Cloud Certification (preferred).
