We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer for ELV Systems to ensure the maintenance and optimal functionality of Extra Low Voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, PA systems, and structured cabling. This role combines technical expertise with client relationship management to deliver superior service under AMC agreements.

Job requirements

Maintenance & Support:

  • Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, and more).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions to minimize downtime.

System Monitoring & Diagnostics:

  • Regularly monitor ELV systems and use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.

  • Provide detailed reports on system health and incidents.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring prompt responses and effective solutions.

  • Educate clients on system best practices and maintenance schedules.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and system changes.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Inventory Management:

  • Track and manage spare parts inventory to ensure system readiness.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in ELV systems maintenance, preferably in FM or similar services.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting ELV systems like CCTV and access control.

  • Valid certifications for specific ELV systems are a plus.

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.

  • Strong communication and time-management skills.

  • A valid driving license is required.
