Your role

You’ll take full responsibility for the Service team, defining and developing measures relating to customer care, service loyalty and Aftersales. And that also means staying on top of our campaigns to make sure that what we’re offering is not just competitive but superior.

Most importantly as service manager, you’ll act as a role model, setting an example for great service and seeing that everyone performs in line with BMW Group standards. Leading and guiding Service employees in the implementation of the relevant standards and directives as specified by BMW Group Retail Middle East.


Your profile

We’re looking for previous business experience and technical training. Switched on and passionate, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, products and services. We’ll expect you to have the relevant technical training as well as a valid driving licence. And if you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.
