Objectives

To welcome customers, and assist in the smooth and efficient operation of customer traffic ensuring each customer has been met and attended to in a professional manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Providing an efficient and courteous welcome to the customers by providing necessary information and keep them comfortable till they are attended by Sales Advisor with minimum waiting time.
Being responsible for creating an initial impression about the company, strictly follow the dress code.
Assisting customers in all possible ways to ensure their business needs are met.
Welcome and greet all customers, and escort them to Sales personnel to ensure customer needs are attended to.
Customers to feel comfortable while they wait with an understanding of how long they have to wait while they are seated in a waiting area and facilitate sales executives interaction.
Coordinate service provided to customers to ensure prompt and courteous service.
Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude.
Deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Ensure showroom presentations are to the highest order at all times.
Meeting and greeting customers.
Directing customers to the relevant staff members.
Offering refreshments.
Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries.
Be cohesive and representative of our brand, image and ethos at all times.
Display showroom products and merchandize in a pleasing and attractive manner.  
Follow and implement schedule of opening and closing of showroom. 
Assist and coordinate with other showroom staff and assistants. 
Assist showroom management in their administrative tasks.
Assist and support marketing and sales staff in arranging customer meetings. 
Display showroom products and merchandize in a pleasing and attractive manner. 

Requirements

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent

Experience : 

  • 1 year of minimum experience in a similar role.
  • A keen interest in prestige cars would be of advantage.
  • Strong customer service background and skills.
  • Basic typing and clerical skills.
  • Cordial and effective communication
  • Native Arabic speaker is required
