Business Unit: Abu Dhabi Motors

Abu Dhabi Motors is the exclusive importer for BMW, MINI, BMW ALPINA, BMW Motorrad, BPS and the authorized Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealer in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Algeria. The company was founded in 1985 by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid. The company now boasts fourteen facilities within the emirates; five showrooms, three workshops, three body shops, one Pre-Delivery Inspection center and two car storage warehouses that can accommodate 600 BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce vehicles between them.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries – walk in or via telephone
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal communication, listening and telephone skills
  • Organized and customer focused
  • Skilled in basic customer service and prioritizing tasks in order to be able to direct the flow of visitors, phone calls, emails, appointments, etc.
  • Native Arabic speaker
