1. MEP Project Manager: Oversees and manages all aspects of MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
2. Senior Electrical Engineer: Leads electrical engineering design efforts, provides technical expertise, and may supervise junior engineers.
3. Senior Mechanical Engineer: Leads mechanical engineering design efforts, provides technical expertise, and may supervise junior engineers.
4. Electrical Site Engineer: Oversees electrical installations on-site, coordinates with subcontractors, and addresses technical issues.
5. Mechanical Site Engineer: Oversees mechanical installations on-site, coordinates with subcontractors, and addresses technical issues.
6. MEP Procurement Officer: Manages procurement activities for MEP materials and services, including supplier identification and contract negotiation.
7. MEP QS Engineer (Quantity Surveyor Engineer): Manages cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for MEP projects.
8. MEP Draughtsman: Prepares detailed drawings for MEP systems based on design specifications.
9. Document Controller: Manages project documentation, ensures accurate distribution, and maintains document control systems.
10. Electrical Foreman: Supervises electrical installation teams on-site, ensures adherence to safety standards, and provides technical guidance.
11. Plumbing Foreman: Supervises plumbing installation teams on-site, ensures adherence to safety standards, and provides technical guidance.
12. AC/Duct Foreman: Supervises HVAC installation teams on-site, ensures adherence to safety standards, and provides technical guidance.
13. Electrical Technician: Performs electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs under safety standards.
14. Mechanical Technicians: Perform mechanical installations, maintenance, and repairs under safety standards.
15. AC Technicians: Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs under safety standards.
16. Electrical Assistant Technician: Assists electrical technicians with tasks and learns under supervision.
17. Mechanical Assistant Technicians: Assists mechanical technicians with tasks and learns under supervision.
18. AC Assistant Technicians: Assists HVAC technicians with tasks and learns under supervision.
